Mutate to GLY crashes game in stick+polar H view

In stick+polar H view, mutating any residue to glycine crashes the program. True in both original and selection interface. All other view options were set to default.

This also happens in stick+H, and sometimes in line+H and line+polar H. Other times in line+polar H, the mutate succeeds but part of the glycine goes off into space (see pic).
