New Mac Client: Puzzle 2196: recipe Design Models 2.3.5 runs very, very slow

From initial position I ran the recipe, selected the "HHSSS" option, clicked go twice, recipe moves very slowly. First run of new client on a Mac Studio with M1 Max chip, so running via Rosetta.
