Tutorial 7-2, Swappin' Sidechains, now scores 19 points lower. You are required to mutate 2 segments into large ringed hydrophobics. On the old client, a single Trp takes you to within 2 points of completion. It now seems impossible to get the required score. Most of the other tutorials will require a play through. A good start is to adjust the score required by the change in initial score. This will work for mostly-locked puzzles, but unlocked puzzles will have to be evaluated for new completion scores :(
Priority high until it's established 1 through 16 are doable. Player Pless reports that 6-X and 7-1 are doable in updated client.
