[NewChapter] Open track with bands but no buttons to disable/remove showing

In NewChapter: Opening a track for a solution with bands shows the bands as usual but no buttons to disable/remove the bands are showing. See attached screenshot.

I have seen this also in main. Just a litte wiggle sidechains gets the buttons back.
