In the NewChapter symmetry puzzle, if the chain is frozen, then bands are added from segment 1 to segment 1 of the (working) symmetric chain, and from segment 40 to segment 40 of the same (working) symmetric chain, and both band lengths are set to 20, then the protein is wiggled till it stabilises with the chain ends 20 apart, then the band lengths are changed to 3.5, and a gui recipe is created to wiggle for 1 iteration, the segment 1s leap together but the segment 40s move together only a little.
