In Puzzle 2512: KCNQ1 VSD Round 1 (https://fold.it/puzzles/2013932), two of my designs gave strange
compound library results, so I shared these designs with scientists as "JA 13265.742 +7000 med 346pm 9/23/24"
& "JB 12943.479 +7000 med 451pm 9/23/24". JA gave 35 library hits while JB gave 80. Most of these hits, especially
the ones most interesting to me, did not give the +1000 point library bonus. My Foldit client was running devprev
release 41 for the Mac (V41-20240725-24b212f09c-macos_x64-devprev).
While Foldit found JB's 80 hits in less than a minute, it took 7-20 minutes to open JB's library to see what these
80 hits looked like. Once open, JB's library gave the following similarity scores from top to bottom:

23a 0.353535It is odd to me that JB's library didn't also list compounds 1a, 8a, 5a, 14b, 21b, 21c, or 23b.
Can you fix things so more of the hits in JA & JB's libraries give the +1000 point library bonus?
Can you make JB's library of 80 open faster? Finally, if you think JB's library omitted some of its
80 hits, can you make Foldit list more of these hits?
