Only 9 multistarts on puzzle 364 instead of 10

My script is finding only 9 different starts on puzzle 364. There are supposed to be 10. This could happen in one of two ways:

1) There are two starts that are identical (i.e. right after you restart, the scores are the same to 15 decimal places).
2) There are only 9 starts.

Essentially, restart many many times (I've done 500) and record the score after each start. I find 9 starts.

Indeed model0 is not one if the multi-starts, so for now you'll have to thread it using the alignment tool.

We will make sure to fix this bug before posting the next Revisited puzzle.
