I'm not sure if this is intentional, but seems to be contradictory.
As an administrator in my group, I can invite people to join, but can not approve memberships.
The people I invite, go into pending as if they had clicked join on the group page.
When someone clicks on the webpage, I get an email stating "click here to approve" but when I get to the page, I do not have permission to do so.
