Where are you seeing this error? If the SSL cert were actually broken, I don't think anyone would be able to log in (or even visit the website without being yelled at).

I got this message in several clients that were loading simultaneously.
I noticed one of those clients actually had loaded a new client.
This made me consider the possible relation between these errors and a new client being installed, messing up the libraries of the other clients.
