Puzzle 2433 ended 2,5 hours too soon !

Surprise surprise, new clients open the puzzle and it says 'expired', existing clients say it still has 2,5 hours to go.

Caused by incorrect timezone setting on local pc. This may imply that a closing puzzle may be manipulated to submit valid results after puzzle end. @rmoretti can you confirm this is not possible ?

Results are validated on the server side, so everyone has the same closing time (no matter when that is, or daylight savings time, etc.)
