Puzzle 440 Closed/Not Closed?

Puzzle 440 should have closed by now, it has disappeared off the playable puzzle menu, but still shows "Open" on its page http://fold.it/portal/node/989955 and no points have been assigned.

What is the problem?

This is odd, puzle is not listed on puzzle page at all.
It is expired in client, but puzzle page shows "active".
Something not kicked in as it should.
