I have been getting server busy messages; I have yet been able to play it.
All other puzzles load so its something to do with that puzzle.

did you try checking the box "disable network timeouts" when you login?
That is a big puzzle (with 10 different starting models) so it is a lot bigger than all the other puzzles.
