Tested out different cases:
Manual:
Cl = 0
Do Global Wiggle All for some secs…
protein is moving for sure… points are breaking down normal but!!!
Recipe:
with cl = 0
select_all()
do_global_wiggle_all()
nothing moves… same with backbone and sidechain function…
we are unable to get any points with recipes so far some little points… thats why we get 0.00x points from different recipes cause we just get 'little' impacts although there would be a higher impact if manually wiggled…
