How is it not working? Does clicking the button just not do anything, does it crash, do you not get the results you expected? Could you post your log file right after you try to rebuild? What is your current setup?

I am on MAC; OS10.7.5
The button appears but nothing happens.
I do get the error message sometimes that the segment is locked.

That last post did take.
I am on a MAC; OS10.7.5.
I get the rebuild button but nothing happens; most of the time I get the error message that the segment is locked.

You are able to select it because it is not sidechain locked, and selecting it is necessary to shake or mutate that residue. We might be able to change the behavior of wiggle to ignore locked portions (and just work on the unlocked ones) if this is desirable behavior.
