Group scripts looks ok, but public ones are decimated.

Can you be more specific about missing? Are they just not showing up in the search? Can you access their webpages directly?

I think the recipe diseppear of the list and cant be download but the page exist :
The Tlaloc recipe Tlaloc Push 3.0 can be found here http://fold.it/portal/recipe/8073 but not appear in the list and cannot be download.
Same for Tlacoc repat Settle3.0 http://fold.it/portal/recipe/3643.

I dont know the number of page of mine that disappear, I download the Ttlaoc ones recently and have their adresses in my Firefox history.

I forgot I can find the page on the client.
My recipe compress loops at poles 2 have disappear of the list, the page can be found at number 5353 http://fold.it/portal/recipe/5353 but cannot be download.
I dont suppress it or edit it recently.
Same for debut de plat http://fold.it/portal/recipe/2234

Search not find recipes, also listing all sorted by author shows huge lack of recipes (ie all of Tlaloc, Grom and many more).

Marie, for each of these recipes, please tell me what their sharing was before this issue came up. Was it public, group or self sharing?

Mine (5353 and 2234) I am sure and Tlaloc ones almost sure, I download them a few days ago and I dont think he supress them.

Ok, I fixed these 4 recipes. They should be publicly available now. I will take a little while to figure out the solution to fix all of them. Meanwhile, if there are recipes that you are missing that you urgently need access to, post their id numbers here and I'll fix them manually.
