Depending on where the chain is in the main client window, the Remix Tool may appear partially or totally outside of the client window. Tested on devprev (20160609-a37c535a0d-win_x86-devprev) in selection interface.

Depending on where the chain is in the main client window, the Remix Tool may appear partially or totally outside of the client window. Tested on devprev (20160609-a37c535a0d-win_x86-devprev) in selection interface.
Workaround: Close the Remix Tool using the upper left corner X, move the chain up on the screen and reopen the Remix Tool. Most likely the tool panel will open inside the client`s window.
