I just encountered odd behavior using the small molecule design panel on puzzle 2204.
The "delete a bond between atoms button" became "replace with library compound". It seemed to do just that, completely changing the small molecule.
While in this mode, the "clear atom selection" button didn't work, and clicking on selected atoms didn't either.
The "Small-molecule design" panel couldn't be moved, and in general, things seemed kind of stuck.
The Foldit window was maximized, and doing a "restore down" seemed to clear things up. So far, I haven't been to recreate the problem.
