- have a top scoring solution.
- Load a compound
- restore score best (should be something else than that compound)
- select an atom in that top score solution
- press 'Clear Atom Selection' icon.
Instead of the selected atom(s) being cleared, the client loads the previously loaded Compound !!
BIG BUG
Upon further inspection, this is caused by the Compound button area still being active and overriding the buttons/icons shown by the small molecule design popup. I filed this bug report earlier and marked it as (not resolved).
