Just noticed this issue on puzzle 2602.
I had saved a solution on another client. Then, on a client which had puzzle 2599 open, I switched to puzzle 2602, opened the compound library panel, and tried to open the solution.
The solution loaded much lower. Shaking and wiggling didn't immediately help.
When I restarted the Foldit client, the solution loaded at the correct score. So this is a simple workaround for the issue.
The issue is repeatable. I started yet another Foldit, opened 2599, then switched to 2602. The solution again loaded lower. The only solution is to restart and open 2602 without first opening 2599.
It seems like something is not getting reinitialized when a new puzzle is opened.
There's a somewhat similar issue when switching from a small molecule design puzzle to a different puzzle type. If the small molecule properties panel has been opened, Foldit crashes.
