When I opened puzzle 458 for the first time, I started with about 10,500 and I was in first. Looks like everyone else started with about 9330. Don't think I should be in first place.

The same problem appeared within the recently-released 459, causing drjr to be in first. Jflat has since pulled this puzzle. This appears to be a systemic problem with the new ED puzzles.
Question: Were you using mac? And if so, which version?

we are looking into this right now and might have to close 458: Electron Density Puzzle 3 early (but we will give at least a 1 day warning if we do)

on 458 (the plagued ED puzzle), I loaded my previous best (10100 points) from my laptop. The score rose 100 points upon loading, to 10200. Later, I closed and reopened the client, and my high score was only 9950.
This erratic scoring is probably part of the same bug- but it still is weird.

Crashed in #458 at 9898. Reloaded Foldit, opened up was suddenly in 5th place with 10476. My 9898 solution reloads at 10476, and the only other saved solution of around 9700 reloads as 10360. Will try closing & reloading…

Reloaded Foldit, opened #458. Now get my "real" best at 9898 to work on, but have retained my fake 10476 credited score…

Anyone else have an issue the first time they opened this puzzle?
If you do get a crash can you please send us your log.txt because we are having trouble reproducing this bug!
