When I first started on 1114 I loaded a save from 1111 and started a wiggle. As soon as the wiggle ran the filter got disabled. And that behavior lasted until I loaded another save from 1111. Shake, wiggle anything it disabled the filter. After I went to 1111 and used another save on 1114 everything was fine. I tried to reproduce this behavior but I did not succeed in doing that. Hoping that this description helps to find what caused this weird behavior.
