I had a carbon ring that was deformed a bit (one vertex was folded to the center), so I tried to attach bands to the vertex opposite the folded-in one, then the folded one. Stretching out from the folded-in one caused a crash. files attached.
Note that I had not removed the debug.txt file before the crash, so it may not be the most current.
Note that I had hovered over the ligand and pressed shift-Q to zoom in on the ligand when this happened.
