Why does it take more than TWENTY HOURS to present me with a (partial) match ? Or give me ANY result whatsoever. At the time of submitting this bug report it is still Running.
This upload is still in the state 'Running' if I read through the overwriting comments.
BUG
We've identified a bug in how we're handling the search results of certain compounds, where when there aren't any close matches, instead of correctly being annotated as having no results, it stalls at "Running". This should only affect about a dozen different compounds currently. We've got a fix to the server pending, but in the mean time the lack of results for one compound should not affect the completion of the other compounds.
