I am using Foldit in my 3rd year Biochemistry classes, but we keep getting the error "SSL connect error: Error contacting server." when opening Foldit from the university computers. Does any one perhaps have the server details for our IT department?

Have you tried this with a fresh download of Foldit?
Yes, tried a fresh download and same problem.
How old are your computers and software?
We have recently updated our servers security protocols - if you are using an old operating system or out of date software, you may have trouble connecting, and would get an error like that.
