If you move the protein on the ED puzzle, then place some dots in the cloud, then hit Undo, it erases all the dots and does not move the protein. Shift-Z or clicking on the undo graph to re-do gets the dots back (if you happen to notice what happened), but you can't undo your protein moves without losing all your dots.
Please make Undo not delete dots.
