good news, I've almost completed the translation, but with no consensus yet.
It's already built into foldit, but you can try new version for japanese.
enabled Campaign and Education tutorials translating, fixed some untranslated.

rename : foldit_ja_po_b7.txt to foldit.ja.po
Unable to load or download anything else than an old FR translation. All the versions point to the same .po file:
French translation of what could be translated.
