On puzzle 1396, no bands running wiggle the score is going up and down, even when the bonus score is staying the same. Wiggle power on medium.

This may be because of the constraints placed on the protein by the blueprint tool. To remove them, open blueprint, and drag the rectangles off of the sequence. The building block shape will remain for the moment, but it will no longer have constraints holding it in place.

It looks like you are right.
I did not know that the tool made permanent constraints.
I am not sure if I like that aspect of the tool.
