Win XP: No username field available

I cannot log in for the first time, as there is only a field for password–no field appears for username!
I created an account–no field appears to use it.

I am in the same boat!

Is there a Windows 7 version? Since I have Windows 7 installed, that could be my problem with the Win XP version of FOLDIT.
