When I use 'select all', residues 62, 71, 82 and 90 are not selected.
When I click on them, they get thick, but not blue, as the other ones do.
I also noticed this on the large ED puzzle.
Seems like a bug to me.

I'm not seeing this behavior on V28-20231201-13cc24ecbe-win_x64-devprev. Select all seems to work normally. SelectoPro 1.2 for 62, 71, 82, 90 also works.
Frozen segments can't be selected, but they have a distinct appearance, usually a translucent gray. The "Trace Line" protein view makes it a little hard to see what's frozen, but it's clear in most of the other views.
As a test, use SelectoPro to select 62, 71, 82, and 90, then Freeze. The four segments should appear frozen. Then Select All. The message in the lower left should say "87 selected" for 2387.
