I am really getting irritated by the core existence filter.
I made 7 sheets, put them into a cage and still not enough
residues in the core.
What is up with the core residues filter???

Wiggle with low C.I., mutate to hydrophobic before high CI.
The only filter that I respect in the design time is core. For that I do the design with all alanines and CI 0.005, so low CI allows the backbone deforms easily. With core got I fix with zero length bands and wiggle and mutate.
