cant install on windows 10

im trying to install the game on my laptop, running windows 10, it says "error lunching installer"
tried compatibility settings …..

please help

Unfortunately, we don't have a lot to go on here, but if you have a dxdiag or similar, we could probably get this sorted for you or at the very least see where things might be going off course.
