Cis bonds

I was wondering if it's possible to make a peptide bond cis instead of the usual trans.

Is there a way to set a cis bond in Foldit?

Now and then I've seen cis peptide bonds
in Foldit. One way to detect them is to
measure the distance between adjacent
alpha-carbons. cis & trans peptide bonds
have different Ca-Ca distances
(2.9 Angstroms for cis and 3.8 Angstroms
for trans). Perhaps using appropriate
bands, you can force a peptide bond to
be cis or trans.
