Fold it on a Chromebook?

Is there any way to play in the cloud/online? I only have a chromebook and don't know what to do.

Hey there EP. Thanks for your interest! Unfortunately I don't believe you can install the game on a chromebook. Your best bet would be to install and play on an alternate device.

It is possible to set up an azure instance, then using a computer that is able to remote to it, install foldit, chrome, and chrome remote desktop on it and share the desktop, then install chrome remote desktop on your chromebook, and access it using that.

with chromebooks you can get linux. it is a beta feature that some chromebooks dont have but most do. it is a setting
