The program tells me that I have completed all of the introduction puzzles, but when I look into the Accomplishments there is one of the introduction puzzle accomplishments that I do not have (Final Touches); I have also never seen the puzzles relating to that accomplishment. What gives?
I think that is the one from the time when the accomplishments where new. At this time there were 5 levels of beginner puzzles that got down to 4 and now increased to 5 again (with other topic).
The point where you would have got this is lost, no current puzzle can activate it.
