As I've got some time now and we can't save the Lua recipes to an external text file, I offer the possibility to get them out of the "all.macro"- file here.
Open all.macro with a text editor and paste it's content here, and tell me which recipe you want to extract, I'll remove the garbage and convert it to readable text.
I will upload the result into a pastebin, making you able to copy it into an external program or back into the game later.
