How to join a group?

I've been folding solo now for a bit and would like to join a group that's appropriate to my skill level. Not sure what the protocol is…do I simply ask a group if I can join? Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi,
and yes, it is best to ask the group manager (Groups/Group Name/Manager) before, altough there are some groups which are open to all.

Note, that you can't directly write a message to users by clicking on the name at the moment.

Keep or copy the name and use My messages/Write new Message.
