Hi all
I just discovered this site and am enjoying learning about folds through this interactive interface. I would like to use this software to try folding my protein of interest in it's entirety from the set of individual folds and secondary structures I have identified within it. Is this possible?
Alternatively, can someone point me in the direction of a good way to piece together all my separate .pdb files and secondary structures into one manipulatable structure. Thanks!
