Hi. I am new here at fold.it.

Do anyone of you know if the intellectual property rights are owned by the entire community in here or are they owned by the inventors of this game concept?

Could you please be more specific in your question? Intellectual property is a meaningless term, do you mean copyrights, patents or trademarks? Further, on what exactly?

Hi. Yeah well I was thinking about, what if someone manages to come up with a protein shape that is able to be used directly for the invention of a new vaccine. Will that person own copy right of his work which makes him the inventor of it and which gives him the possibility of getting patent protection and earn the money from selling his invention to others? Or do everybody in here have the possibility of using eachothers "works" (protein structures) for commercial purposes if they wished to do that without anyones permission?

I'm afraid I couldn't do more than conjecture about your specific question, but that would be irresponsible as I'm on the project. So I suggest you open a feedback question, and I'll assign it to someone who can reply.
