New imaging method for proteins

A team at Arizona State U. has published a new optical imaging method for proteins, called plasmon scattering microsopy. It uses a phenomenon called SPR, or surface plasmon resonance. They anticipate it will be especially useful for proteins on the surfaces of cells.
