NEW Koga & Koga paper on Ideal Design of Larger Proteins

Many Foldit players over the years have tried out protein design principles that originated in work done by Koga & Koga at the Baker lab at University of Washington (which is where Foldit was hatched). Now Koga & Koga have new paper out, exploring design principles for larger proteins, and proteins with functional sites.

Nice to see Foldit get an explicit mention in that paper.

They use the term "strain" : I suppose that more or less corresponds to Ideality in Foldit?
