In the recent chats, some players requested trying out a large protein and others asked for very short proteins to try out scripts with.
We have added the 611 residue CASP9 target as a Contest. The starting model is the top Rosetta Server prediction (generated using Rosetta@home).
We will not be submitting any solutions to CASP9 for this target, it is just for you to play around with.

We have also added "Freestyle Design 20" a 20-residue segment that is designable so you can test out your scripts.
Create your own contest to try them out, we hope that these are useful to you!

If you have more small, pre-designed proteins available, please include them. The design challenges are unsuitable for many folding scripts used in folding puzzles but a small protein means scripts run MUCH faster.

I've found out that they appear in the internet-browser if you "host" a contest.
These tiny all-purpose-puzzles are a great help!
