We've updated the HBond Network filter to encourage H-bond networks that are shielded from solvent, in the core of the protein. You can try it out in the new devprev puzzle.

A new devprev puzzle includes objectives for DDG, SASA, and Shape Complementarity binder metrics. Players can load in solutions from Puzzle 1874 (but unfortunately they cannot be shared back to Puzzle 1874).
These new objectives are very slow to calculate; we recommend disabling them and running them manually. In a future update, they will be calculated in the background.
