noob question - how to disable the constant tips

Hi folks, sorry if this has been answered, having trouble figuring out how to search the forums here. I just started playing for the first time and I'm finding the constant 'continue guide?' and 'remember to avoid clashes' popup tips to be very distracting and annoying. Any way to disable those? I tried to disable tooltips but that didn't do it.

cant be disabled. once you have finished the tutorial puzzles you will find you dont get them anymore
