Hi. A search box on the forum would be nice. My power went out while I was playing and now despite reboot and reinstall when I log in to play I get, "problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?): Error contacting server." I can play from other computers in my house. Suggestions? Thanks.
I emptied all of the temp folders, uninstalled foldit, and noticed that the pc date was WAY off so fixed that. It worked when I reinstalled, but of course all of my puzzle solutions are gone :( Oh well…
I think it's the date. Same thing happened to me; I had followed the instructions in the fold.it recovery page, to no avail. Then I read the time comment, and noticed it had warped back to 2009, that fixed it instantly =)
