Hi,
I want to use Foldit for a presentation about TSE like BSE or Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, which is cause by a protein that is folded wrongly and can infect other Protein with the wrong folding.
Is it possible to make your own puzzle if you have the aminoacid sequence, or is there maybe already a puzzle with the normal Prion Protein or the infected Version?

If you want you can create a contest you can do that: http://fold.it/portal/node/add/contest
but the easiest way is to download the Standalone version of Foldit which lets you load & save PDB files (but is not connected to the game in any way, it's basically protein manipulation software)
