problem with starting ; " unable to write output"

Hello!
I have a Problem with the program ..
after i downloaded and installed the game ,
i tryed to open it , but it always got crashed (? - sorry but my english is not that god..)
so i uninstalled it and installed it again and then i could open the program
but after i closed the game, i tryed to start it again and it didn´t worked and always stop working …
after i opend it again it said: unable to write output…?
Sorry but i can´t say what is wrong…

Vielleichr hilft mir jemand auf Deutsch:
Ich habe das Programm runtergeladen und nach der Insallation stürzte das Programm nur ab, dh noch mal neu draufgeladen und es ging… Doch ´nach schließen und öffnen des Programmes stürzte es immer nach dem einloggversuchen ab und dann kommt die Fehlermeldung "Unable to write.. "

is there a formal list of stuff the development people want when a crash happens?

I will make a stab at an answer:

What operating system of the users computer

What version Foldit software is being used

What the user did before the crash happened.

A dump of the error log

upload to scientists the puzzle that caused the crash
