Stop trying to make yourself the victim of… what is it now, economic discrimination? Yet again I hope you are sitting at home laughing your ass off because you are enraging people with this complete crock. BTW it seems to me like you are trying to make me seem like a member of the elite who is trying to keep you and the rest of the proletariat down; keep in mind I am just some kid who comes from the lower middle class and is running foldit on a lousy laptop. I commented because if anyone had taken you seriously it would have been terrible for the project and I comment again because I take personal offense at being portrayed as a member of an oppressive elite, especially when such a portrayal is not applicable to the situation (e.i., in this game) and when I am probably in the lower quartile of computer strength and somewhere around median in wealth.
Now one part that I do not understand is when you say "hobblers." I am not quite sure what this term means in this context so if you are going to reply then please include that. It doesn't do me much good to try to refute your counter argument if you can't see where you are coming from. So far I do not see how the macro's have anything to do with this; as far as I can see my analogy is still apt.
