Hi there,
I've been reading a paper on genetic variants in SARS-COV-2. The two S and L variants seem to vary
substantially in virulence and it might be helpful to get an idea why. The authors didn't seem
to have any example protein shape to go by to determine the mechanism for this.
The mutation in ORF8 leads to a change between a Serine or Leucine in the resulting protein.
The paper I mentioned can be found here.

I thought it would make a great couple of puzzles to see the overall structure and structural changes betwen the S and L variants
With kind regards,
