"shake"-Hotkey "s" in intro puzzle

The "shake" and hotkey "s" in intro puzzle 4 doesn't work.  How come?  It is suppose to isn't it?

Well, then one can't do the puzzle! and the next one in the series doesn't activate either!

You are supposed to manually move the sidechains to remove clashes. (After that you get the shake for finer details)

Thanks. That's what I did. I just checked again (puzzle 1-4). Score did not change when moved sides and shake and "s" don't work. First three puzzles worked!

There is the star * marking the clashes. Drag&drop the sidechains with the mouse to a position without clashes. There is one for every sidechain. You perhaps have to move around the protein a bit to have the right moving angle.

lol, lol. I see. Basically I just didn't fool around enough. There was a delay before it indicated one earned a new tool!! Really That is what I did, but proabably didn't get rid of enough stars!! Thanks!

That also affected my puzzles (doing the intro ones) now I have hydrogen bonds and voids again!!  I was wondering what happened to them!!!
