Small change to the band.Add, band.AddBetweenSegments, and band.AddToBandEndpoint functions

There was a small change to the band.Add, band.AddBetweenSegments, and band.AddToBandEndpoint functions in the Lua V2 interface. These now all return the band number of the band that just got added. band.Add was previously documented as returning a boolean, but now returns an integer. The other two previously returned void.

It looks like the Lua V2 interface will move into the main release soon!

Just a note: Remember that if you delete a band, all existing band numbers that were added after that band are reduced by one, so the band number is not a unique identifier for a band.

better way will be disable unused bands :)
